I've also done some fan art over the past few months. The first picture is a video game (Minecraft) enemy called a Creeper. The second picture is a character created by YouTuber Markiplier whose name is Wilford Warfstache. The third picture uses lyrics from a song called "Balloons", which is based off of a video game called Five Nights at Freddy's 3 and was written by YouTuber Mandopony. All three images were created with Illustrator.

Original Vector Illustrations
Here are a few simple illustrations I've done over the past few months. Nothing too fancy, just little practice doodles to try and get the hang of Illustrator. (:

SHUT UP AND DANCE - Music Video
Another project I was assigned was to make a 5-20 minute, edited video about anything. I decided to create a music video about going to lunch with my high school friends. This was also very enjoyable to make and I learned a lot!
Interview
I was assigned to create a short video interviewing someone in my Digital Media class about their experiences. It was my first time video editing and I enjoyed the fun challenge! I interviewed classmate and friend Savannah Braegger.

Jacksepticeye
Here's another gaming YouTuber I really enjoy watching! Jacksepticeye has an explosive enthusiasm, great sense of humor, and awesome Irish accent. This was another "just for fun" type of thing. It was a lot easier than the other two because I simply used Image Trace on a drawing I made on paper, then colored it in.
Just a Tiny Box Named Tim
Here's another little project I did for fun, featuring Markiplier's companion, Tiny Box Tim in a flower crown. He's an adorable character Mark created during his playthrough of the Amnesia custom story "A Late Night Drink" and he's been with him ever since.

Markiplier and Tiny Box Tim
In celebration of Markiplier hitting 7 million subscribers, I decided to draw him! He's one of my favorite YouTubers because not only is he a funny gamer, he is a genuinely good and grateful person that inspires me to be better. Here's to you, Mark!

Depth of Field Practice
Hey again! We just started the photography unit in my Digital Media class, and one of the assignments involved practice with depth of field. It required three shots: one with the foreground in focus, one with the background in focus, and one with the subject in focus. These actually ended up looking pretty decent, so I thought I'd post them here.

Hillcrest Stake AFY 2015 Logo
Hey! Long time no see. Here are a couple of logos I created for my local LDS Youth Conference that will be taking place this summer. I ended up using the second one, but it was a good exercise in logo design. I based the logo off of the theme: "Therefore, O ye that embark in the service of God, see that ye serve him with all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day."

Brochure: Behind the Scenes
Here's a little peek of the extra work that went into making my brochure. In order to have those fun graphics, I had to first create them in Illustrator, then transfer them to the InDesign file. Just in case anyone was wondering.

Brochure
Here's a brochure I made for my imaginary company, Imagineducate. This assignment was a little bit challenging, but it helped me to get a little bit more comfortable with InDesign. This is both sides of the brochure unfolded.

Banana Guard
Here's just something I did for fun. It's a Banana Guard from Adventure Time, a cartoon I used to watch. I really enjoyed making this.
